Southern Skimmer Boats, Inc. warrants to the original owner that the boat hull manufactured by Southern Skimmer Boats Inc., is, at the time of purchase, free from defects in workmanship and will remain free from such defects under normal use after delivery to the original owner as provided here, within the limitations of this warranty. Boat hulls are warranted for a period of (72) seventy two months. The foregoing warranty does not apply to:

1. damage resulting from:
1. Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, negligence, vandalism, fire, riot, war or Acts of God;
2. Repair or attempted repair by unauthorized persons;
3. Structural or other modification or alteration without prior express written consent by Southern Skimmer Boat Co.;
4. Engine use or load capacities in excess of the maximum recommended by Southern Skimmer Boat Co.;
5. Improper trailering or towing
6. Racing or other competitive use whether for profit, recreation, or otherwise
2. Gelcoat, finish, stress cracks, optional accessories or their installation, bow eyes, rub rails, lettering and decals, including, but not limited to adhesion, fading or discoloration thereof.

Time limitations specified herein shall run from the date of the original retail purchaser in the United States of America. Except as expressly stated herein, Southern Skimmer Boat Co. makes no express or implied warranties or representations and further, Southern Skimmer Boat co. makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. no person is authorized by Southern Skimmer Boat co. to alter, enlarge, or extend express or implied warranties or to alter or amend disclimers, other than set forth therein.
